Our offer covers different prices depending on the type of room and the period.

 

In the "book" section of our site you will be able to know the right price for the chosen period without ending the reservation.

 

You should consider our offers in the "book" section, which are found to have the lowest prices at all.

 

Our prices, if not indicated otherwise, are for room and breakfast service.

 

We have four types of rooms:

- double rooms without balcony;

- double rooms with balcony;

- double rooms with small terrace;

- single rooms.

 

The rooms have different sizes depending on the typology, all have views of the valley, they are equipped with toilet with shower, television, wi fi.

The B&B has private parking.

We recommend our guests to respect the following guidelines:

-    The Check-in is to 12.00 o'clock onwards at 16-17 pm;

-    The Check-out must be done by 10 am;

-    The day of arrival the room will be occupied by 5 pm. If for several reasons it is not possible, please notify us on the booking or on the day of your arrival. If there is no check in at this time, and there was no other communication, the room is considered no - show, put on sale and charged to the costumer the absence;

-   The breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:00;

-   E’ No smokeing in the rooms. The smokers are required to use the balconies or to leave outside the property;

 

 

FROM 1.11.2015 IN PROVINCE OF TRENTO IS APPLYING THE LIVING DEPOSIT OF PARTIES TO 1.50 EURO PER DAY, FOR MORE THAN 14 YEARS.
